3A. Automated Decision-Making and Recommendations

Our platform may use automated systems, algorithms, and machine learning tools to personalize your experience, including but not limited to feed ranking, content recommendations, job or service suggestions, and connection suggestions. These processes are an essential part of how the platform operates and are necessary for providing the service.

While we take reasonable steps to ensure accuracy and fairness, automated decision-making may occasionally produce unexpected, incomplete, or undesired results. By using the platform, you acknowledge and agree that such automated processing is integral to the service and that YidNet LLC is not responsible or liable for any outcomes, opportunities, or consequences—direct or indirect—that result from such processing, except where we are expressly required to provide rights under applicable law.

To the extent required by applicable law (such as under the GDPR), you may have a limited right to request human review of significant automated decisions, to express your point of view, or to contest a decision. Beyond those legally mandated rights, you waive any other claims, remedies, or causes of action arising from or related to automated decision-making on the platform.
